CT Scan

Today I went to Addenbrooke's for a CT scan

I had to have a Cannula put in my arm and I was injected with a fluid to enhance the viewing of the results of the scan

A CT scan is a computerised tomography scan. It uses X-rays and a computer to create detailed images of the inside of your body

During a CT scan, a series of X-rays are taken to produce a detailed image called a tomogram

Today I had an appointment at the ENT clinic @ Addenbrook's Hospital
They are going to schedule me for a CT scan

After a long held complaint about a constant nagging neck pain and more recently a unusual shape to my tongue I was referred to my local hospital Addenbrook's for a CT scan
